History and Area Served – Incorporated in 1973, we have been working to protect and preserve our portion of the St. Croix River watershed that includes parts of the towns of Gordon, Highland and Barnes in Douglas and Bayfield counties.
Strategic Planning – We updated our strategic plan in 2018 to help guide us.
Board of Directors – Board members are elected to 3-year terms by members at our annual meeting. Immediately following the annual meeting, the board elects its officers for the coming year.
Meeting Minutes – The board of directors meets on the second Friday of each month, April through October. The annual meeting is held each July.
Bylaws – Revisions to our bylaws were approved at our 2017 annual meeting.
Newsletter – Every spring, we mail a newsletter to our members and to property owners in the towns of Barnes, Gordon and Highland. Two more newsletters are emailed to our members each year (mailed if no email address is on file).
